new APD cycler "Renal Exprès" receives a Swiss Technology Award 2007
Project Description
The ChronoDial project aims at the development of a mathematical model and of a new methodology to improve the Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) efficiency, taking into account the therapy constraints (total time, total volume etc...). This task has been successfully achieved with Debiotech partnership. Multi-objective optimization techniques by numerical simulations provide a more flexible tool to find the best PD treatment for a specific patient.
